ABOUT THIS REPORT:
Shows Admin Staff Counts and Eduction Class Availability
    For Education Classes, the % is the ratio of students slots not used to teachers.
        Note: Fullness is based on the youngest child in the class, as per licensing methods. This is why we use percentage, so all classes can be seen in the same way regardless of age groups
    For Work Centers (i.e., classes without children), the number shown is the number of staff in the work center.

    A value of 0% is completely full (all teaches fully used in ratio) and is the ideal (Dark Green).
    Numbers below 0% are operating over ratio and colored Red.
        Note: Ratio waivers make this ok (if not desired) until the negative exceeds one kids worth
    Numbers from 0% to 60% have students that can be added (availablity) but the teacher is well used.
        This class likely wouldnt be able to be merged elsewhere to free a teacher and are Green.
    Numbers from 60% to 100% have students whos in the inefficent LAMP region and are Blue.
        Consider merging if possible. If you have two or more blue classes then you very often can merge when they age appropaite.
        If frequnetly happening, even removing (disenrolling) students to free up a teacher
    Above 100% we have more teachers than needed and someone should be used in a different place or sent home and are colored in yellow..
        Note this can happen due to training, but should be minimized. Instead try and train along side a lead in ratio when possible
    At more than 200% the colors switch into orange, and indicate more extreme waste of labor usage.
    Admin Staff are colored based on quanity, with more than 1 being Yellow and above 2 being Orange.

    Education Classes are sorted by average age of the children directly checked or planned into the class for the period
    Admin Work Centers are sorted by total hours checked or planned into the class by staff for the period

    NIC means "Not in Class" in represents someone in the center, but not joined to a class.
    Teacher means students are directly with a teacher.

ABOUT THIS REPORT:
Shows Admin Staff Counts and Eduction Class Availability
    For Education Classes, the % is the ratio of students slots not used to teachers.
        Note: Fullness is based on the youngest child in the class, as per licensing methods. This is why we use percentage, so all classes can be seen in the same way regardless of age groups
    For Work Centers (i.e., classes without children), the number shown is the number of staff in the work center.

    A value of 0% is completely full (all teaches fully used in ratio) and is the ideal (Dark Green).
    Numbers below 0% are operating over ratio and colored Red.
        Note: Ratio waivers make this ok (if not desired) until the negative exceeds one kids worth
    Numbers from 0% to 60% have students that can be added (availablity) but the teacher is well used.
        This class likely wouldnt be able to be merged elsewhere to free a teacher and are Green.
    Numbers from 60% to 100% have students whos in the inefficent LAMP region and are Blue.
        Consider merging if possible. If you have two or more blue classes then you very often can merge when they age appropaite.
        If frequnetly happening, even removing (disenrolling) students to free up a teacher
    Above 100% we have more teachers than needed and someone should be used in a different place or sent home and are colored in yellow..
        Note this can happen due to training, but should be minimized. Instead try and train along side a lead in ratio when possible
    At more than 200% the colors switch into orange, and indicate more extreme waste of labor usage.
    Admin Staff are colored based on quanity, with more than 1 being Yellow and above 2 being Orange.

    Education Classes are sorted by average age of the children directly checked or planned into the class for the period
    Admin Work Centers are sorted by total hours checked or planned into the class by staff for the period

    NIC means "Not in Class" in represents someone in the center, but not joined to a class.
    Teacher means students are directly with a teacher.
